Reorganization: the art of engagement
Our experience in accompanying international public organisations in their reorganization processes, goes in line with the following...
I have always had two passions: the search for social justice and authentic love for words. The first one materialized at the age of 5, when I asked in shock why poverty existed, the second when I was finally able to read a book by myself. Both passions have guided my professional career.
Equipped with a degree in development economics, I first became an expert in projects related to development issues (such as education, health, poverty), dealing with project design and management to evaluation and reporting. Being results-oriented and believing in the benefits of influencing behaviour and sharing knowledge, I acknowledged the importance of effectively communicating in order to achieve change. I returned then to the power of words (and images, and messages…) and became a specialist in communication campaigns on social issues. Today I can say I am a proven manager and strategist in these fields.
As former UN staff, Business Consulting Manager for International Organisations at everis and Director of Strategy at P.A.U. Education, I developed and won funding proposals for a wide array of international projects and communication campaigns. Most of these involved all 27 European States and African and Latin American countries. The average project size was Euro 3M during the past years.
I’ve been a multirole person through my career: executive, researcher, communicator, negotiator, evaluator, manager, strategist, salesperson, writer... I consequently developed a special talent to handle multidisciplinary projects and solve complicated challenges and inter-cultural communication issues.
